These terms govern the use of the TamTam FinConnect platform by entrepreneurs, financial partners and visitors.
1. Purpose of the platform
TamTam FinConnect supports the structuring and bankability of Senegalese SMEs and connects them with financing partners. The platform is neither a credit institution nor an investment advisor.
2. Account and identification
Access to the signed-in area relies on one-time codes (OTP) sent by SMS, WhatsApp or email. Users are responsible for keeping their identification means confidential.
3. Trust score
The TamTam score is a structuring indicator computed from declared and verified information. It is neither a financing promise nor an official credit rating.
4. Content and declared data
Users guarantee the accuracy of the information and documents they submit. Any false declaration may lead to account suspension.
5. Liability
Financing decisions belong exclusively to the financial partners. TamTam FinConnect connects and equips, without any guarantee of outcome.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Senegalese law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dakar.
